Refund & Return Policy:
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we do not offer any returns and refunds on any of our products.
In an event of a fault:
If for any rare reason you find a fault with any our products, for a full exchange report this within 48 hours via our email or instagram direct message.
We do not provide a warranty policy. Our products are tried and tested with a long life expectancy if used correctly and to our advise.
In the event of a courier fault:
If your order has been damaged during delivery, then please contact us within 48 hours of recieving your order to solve this issue.
You will be required to send the faulty item back to us for a full exchange.
In an event of this, once we rectified the delivery fault with our courier we will issue a full refund for your shipping cost Please keep a copy of your receipt.
