Commercial & International Customers

These Terms and Conditions are not intended for customers who purchase Products for business purposes.

We would like to inform you that we sell to customers outside of the United Kingdom. You can check the list of countries at our checkout process. Please note that the order process will provide you with the necessary details about delivery charges. You will be responsible for any local duty payable on your order. Please be aware that all contracts are subject to English law and jurisdiction.

Products, Pricing & Availability

We take all reasonable measures to ensure that the product descriptions and graphical representations on our website are accurate. However, please take note of the following:

Product images are for illustration purposes only. Due to variations in computer displays and lighting conditions, there may be slight differences in color between the product image and the actual product or packaging.

While we strive to ensure that our products are always available, we cannot guarantee their availability.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are correct. However, we reserve the right to change the prices and add, modify, or remove special offers as necessary.

Before accepting your order, we double-check all prices. If we display incorrect pricing information, we will notify you in writing of the error. If the correct price is lower than the amount you paid, we will charge you the lower amount and proceed with your order. If the correct price is higher, we will provide you with the option to purchase the products at the correct price or cancel your order (or the affected portion of it). We will not process your order until you respond to this message. If we don't receive a response from you within 7 days, we will assume that you've canceled your order.

Delivery charges are not included in the prices displayed on our website. As part of the ordering process, you will be presented with delivery options and their related charges.

Orders: How Contracts Are Formed

When ordering through our website, you will be guided through the process. Before submitting your order, you will have the opportunity to review and revise it. Please review your order carefully to ensure its accuracy before submitting it.

If you provide incorrect or incomplete information during the order process, please contact us as soon as possible. If we cannot process your order due to incorrect or incomplete information, we will contact you to request that you correct it. If you do not provide us with accurate or complete information within a reasonable amount of time, we will cancel your order.

Your order is a contractual offer that we may accept at our sole discretion. Our receipt confirmation of your order does not signify acceptance. Our acceptance is indicated by our sending you confirmation by email. Only after we have sent you such confirmation will there be a legally binding contract between us and you.

If we are unable to accept or fulfill your order for any reason, we will provide you with an explanation in writing. In normal circumstances, no payment will be taken. If we have taken payment, we will refund any such payments as soon as possible. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used to order the products.

Payment

To ensure prompt delivery, payment for products and associated delivery charges must be made in advance. You will be prompted to pay during the order process. Your order will not be dispatched until payment has been processed.

Delivery & Ownership

During the ordering process, you will select the delivery option that suits you best. Our third-party couriers have different delivery timescales and rules for handling undelivered orders. You will be informed of these either during the ordering process or by the courier directly. Please note, however, that all dates provided are for guidance only and we cannot be held liable for any delays caused by the third-party courier or other events outside Our control.

Delivery will be considered complete and responsibility for the products will pass to you once they have been delivered to the address you provided.

Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged Products

As a legal requirement, it is our responsibility to provide products that meet certain standards. Specifically, our products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and match their description at the time of purchase, as well as any samples or models that you have seen or examined. If you receive any products that do not meet these requirements, such as products with faults, damage, or incorrect pricing, please let us know as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as is reasonably possible.

Returning Products

At our company, we take great pride in the quality of our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, due to hygiene reasons we do not offer a refund policy and we can only offer exchanges for products that are found to have a fault or defect which are reported within 48 hours of the consumer taking delivery.

This is because we are committed to providing products that are of the highest standard and that meet all relevant safety and quality standards. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, we will be more than happy to offer you a replacement product. This is our way of ensuring that you can shop with confidence and trust in the quality of our products.

Our Liability To Customers

We take our responsibility towards our customers seriously and will be liable for any foreseeable loss or damage resulting from our breach of these terms or our negligence. However, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. It is important to note that we only supply products for domestic and private use by consumers and we make no warranty or representation that the products are fit for commercial, business or industrial use of any kind. As a result, we will not be liable for any loss of profit, business interruption or business opportunity.

Nonetheless, our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation cannot be limited or excluded. We only exchange our products in the event of a fault, and our liability will be limited to the cost of the product from which the liability arises.

Events Outside Of Our Control

In the event of any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations, We will not be liable if it is caused by any factor that is beyond our reasonable control. Such factors may include, but are not limited to: power failure, internet service provider failure, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, riots and other civil unrest, fire, explosion, flood, storms, earthquakes, subsidence, acts of terrorism (threatened or actual), acts of war (declared, undeclared, threatened, actual or preparations for war), epidemic or other natural disaster, or any other event that is beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to transfer (assign) Our obligations and rights under these terms to a third party, such as in the event of the sale of Our business. The laws of England shall govern and interpret these terms and the relationship between you and us, whether contractual or not.

If you are a consumer, any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms, the relationship between you and us, or any related matters (whether contractual or not) shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England, regardless of your place of residence.

Promotions & Special Offers

Any sales, promotions, reductions, and special offers are not applicable to previous orders. Coupon codes are invalid for items on sale, and customers can use only one coupon code per order. All promotions are subject to availability of stock. We reserve the right to modify, eliminate, or otherwise alter any promotion.

Gifting

Limit of one free gift per order applies to all free gift promotions. The free gift is provided on an as-is basis and is non-returnable.
